4. Appointments & Bookings

Bookings made through this site (store visit, video call, or general enquiry) are confirmation requests, not binding orders. Our team will reach out to confirm the time and discuss what you're looking for.

We ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your booked time. If you can't make it, please let us know on WhatsApp so we can reschedule.
